Don't worry. Eventually you'll die. You can't take assignments with you to your grave. Well... I guess you can get them buried with you, but that would be rather odd.

Okay, so if you're odd you can take assignments with you to your grave. But not beyond it. Do assignments have a resurrected body? I would think not. No. Assignments don't have an eternal soul.

However, if assignments were like angels or demons, then they would have an eternal soul. Then perhaps you could take your assignments past your grave. Or rather, they'd just be past your grave by its nature.

However, I don't think assignments can be truly demons or angels. The lack of common usage as such doesn't deny the possibility, but nevertheless assignments are in the mind, not of the soul. Assignments are an intellectual test (not just pieces of paper).

Perhaps the intellect can be taken to the next life. Do our minds get resurrected? Our memories? This train of thought is now going off on a meandering detour...
