Hmm, it's transparent... Is it some kind of gigantic sculpture?
It's a giant table tennis net suspended from the sky by two invisible wires, of course...
it's an upside-down paddle pop!
that or an upside-down chicken skewer?
by the way, that building smack-bang in the middle of the picture with the curvey bits on it and the giant toothpick on the side is where i'm working over the summer!

nice toothpick.
i guess the toothpick is conservative when compared to the goalposts that are mounted on the Deutsche Bank Building! =P
